Atlas Strength

Atlas Strength is a private strength gym located in Carle Place, NY, offering 1-on-1 personal training. The gym caters to beginners, women, adults 40+, and strongman athletes, providing a comfortable and non-intimidating environment.

The gym's owner and head coach, Patrick, has over 20 years of athletic experience and is NSCA-CPT certified. He focuses on fixing how people move, correcting posture and movement patterns to prevent injuries and promote strength gain.

Atlas Strength offers various training options, including 1-on-1 training, semi-private training, and online coaching. The gym is fully equipped with racks, barbells, dumbbells, machines, and other equipment, including a matted room, heavy bags, and kickboxing area.

The training programs are tailored to each client's goals, schedule, and body, with a focus on progressive overload and consistent progress. Clients can train 1 to 5 times a week, and each session is coached and tracked to ensure optimal results.

To get started, clients can fill out a short form on the website, and then schedule a first session with Patrick. During the first session, clients discuss their goals, training history, and any injuries, and then begin training with a personalized program.
